Our Company
Angel Hospice Providers, Inc. (AHP) began in 2014 and serves the San Bernardino & Riverside counties. AHP cares for patients with progressive illnesses with limited life expectancies who choose comfort-oriented hospice care rather than aggressive curative treatments, which may no longer be effective.
Our services are available for individuals who are eligible under the following insurances: Medicare, Medi-Cal, IEHP who have been diagnosed with a Terminal Illness or End-Stage Disease, and their life expectancy is decreased as certified by their Attending Physician and the Hospice Physician.
Mission
Our mission is to enhance hospice patients’ quality of life by managing their symptoms and promoting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Our goal is to ease the emotional burdens of the patients’ families as they experience the end-of-life journey.
We aim to provide an individualized program of physical, emotional, and spiritual care for people in the last phases of a life-limiting illness, with an emphasis on controlling pain and other symptoms.
Our program is reflective of the spirit and idea of caring that emphasizes comfort and dignity for the patient, making it possible for them to remain independent for as long as possible in familiar surroundings.
Hospice care is centered on both the patient and family caregiver.
Hospice personnel respect and respond to the unique differences in family/caregiver, lifestyle, values, and wishes.

Office Hours:
Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
RN on-call is available after hours, weekends, and holidays.
